 LMF MEMBERSHIP & BOOKING POLICY

Please make sure you are using your membership according to the plan you selected.

💜 2 Classes Per Week Plan = 2 classes must be used each week
💜 3 Classes Per Week Plan = 3 classes must be used each week

These plans are designed for weekly attendance. They are not class banks that can be spread out by attending only one class per week and scheduling the remaining classes weeks or months in advance.

If your schedule only allows you to attend 1 class per week, you will need to switch to the 1 Class Per Week Membership Plan.

Additional Booking Guidelines:
• Classes cannot be scheduled 2+ months in advance.
• Rescheduled classes must be used within the same billing cycle .
• Classes cannot be continuously pushed into future months.

Please choose the membership that best matches how often you are realistically able to attend.

We want everyone to get the most out of their membership while keeping class availability fair for all LMF members. 💜

MEMBERSHIP HOLD POLICY UPDATE

Effective July 9, 2026

After reviewing how our current membership pause policy has worked in practice, Lett’s Move Fitness is updating the policy to better balance short-term flexibility for members with consistent billing, class balances, and studio operations.

Effective July 9, 2026, the current extended pause option will be replaced with a temporary membership hold of up to 14 consecutive days.

Membership Hold Guidelines

  • Memberships may be placed on hold for up to 14 consecutive days.

  • Planned hold requests must be submitted at least 3 calendar days before the member’s next scheduled billing date.

  • Requests related to an unexpected illness, injury, family emergency, or other unforeseen circumstance may be considered with less notice at LMF management’s discretion.

  • Holds are not retroactive and cannot be applied to charges that have already been processed.

  • Members will keep any unused classes remaining on their plan during the approved hold period.

  • This applies to unused Zumba, Spin, combination-plan, and other class-based membership credits.

  • Members will not lose paid membership days during an approved hold. Approved hold days will extend the current billing cycle by the same number of days.

  • The member’s next billing date will be adjusted by the number of approved hold days.

  • Memberships will automatically resume at the end of the approved hold period.

  • All unused classes from the current billing cycle must be used before the adjusted next billing date.

  • Any remaining classes at the end of the adjusted billing cycle will expire and cannot be rescheduled, extended, transferred, refunded, or carried forward into the next billing cycle.

  • On the adjusted next billing date, the member’s regular payment will process and the new class allotment associated with the membership plan will load.

  • Holds may not be extended beyond 14 consecutive days or used back-to-back.

  • Members needing more than 14 days away may cancel their membership and re-enroll when ready, subject to current pricing and membership availability.

  • Exceptions for serious medical circumstances may be considered individually at LMF management’s discretion.

Example

A member renews on July 14 and receives their regular class allotment. The member then takes an approved 6-day hold.

Those 6 hold days are added to the current billing cycle, moving the next billing date from August 14 to August 20. Any unused classes from that billing cycle must be used by August 19. On August 20, the next payment processes and the member’s new class allotment loads.

Membership pauses approved before July 9, 2026, will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of approval.

Please note that memberships are limited due to studio space, and each membership holds an active spot. While we aim to remain flexible, studio expenses such as rent, utilities, processing fees, licensing, and daily operations continue regardless of attendance.

This updated policy allows us to support short-term needs while keeping Lett’s Move Fitness strong, consistent, and sustainable for everyone.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

MEMBERSHIP HOLD POLICY FAQ

Why is the membership pause policy changing?

The extended pause policy was introduced to offer members more flexibility. After reviewing how the policy worked in practice, we found that longer pauses created challenges with membership availability, billing consistency, and accumulated class balances.

The updated 14-day Membership Hold Policy continues to provide short-term flexibility while helping LMF maintain consistent membership operations.

How long can I place my membership on hold?

Memberships may be placed on hold for up to 14 consecutive days.

Do I have to use the full 14 days?

No. You may request a shorter hold. The maximum hold period is 14 consecutive days.

How far in advance do I need to request a planned hold?

Planned hold requests must be submitted at least 3 calendar days before your next scheduled billing date.

For example, if your membership is scheduled to renew on July 20, your planned hold request must be submitted no later than July 17.

What if something unexpected happens and I cannot give 3 days’ notice?

Requests related to an unexpected illness, injury, family emergency, or other unforeseen circumstance may be considered with less notice at LMF management’s discretion.

Can a hold be applied after my payment has already processed?

No. Holds are not retroactive and cannot be applied to charges that have already been processed.

An eligible hold may still be considered going forward based on the circumstances.

What happens to my unused classes during the hold?

You will keep any unused classes remaining on your membership plan during the approved hold.

This includes eligible Zumba, Spin, combination-plan, and other class-based membership credits.

Will I lose the membership days that occur during my hold?

No. Approved hold days will extend your current billing cycle by the same number of days.

For example, a 6-day approved hold extends your current billing cycle by 6 days.

Will my billing date change after a hold?

Yes. Your next billing date will be adjusted by the number of approved hold days.

For example, if your next billing date is August 14 and you take an approved 6-day hold, your adjusted next billing date becomes August 20.

How long do I have to use the classes from my current billing cycle after a hold?

All unused classes from the current billing cycle must be used before your adjusted next billing date.

For example, if a 6-day hold moves your next billing date from August 14 to August 20, all remaining classes from the current billing cycle must be used by August 19.

What happens if I do not use all of my classes before the adjusted billing date?

Any remaining classes will expire at the end of the adjusted billing cycle.

They cannot be rescheduled, extended, transferred, refunded, or carried forward into the next billing cycle.

What happens on my adjusted next billing date?

Your regular membership payment will process, and the new class allotment associated with your membership plan will load.

Does this policy apply to Spin memberships too?

Yes. The policy applies to eligible class-based memberships, including Zumba, Spin, combination plans, and other class-based membership plans.

For example, if you have unused Spin classes when your hold begins, those classes will remain available during the approved hold and must be used before your adjusted next billing date.

What if I have both Zumba and Spin classes on my membership?

Any unused Zumba and Spin credits from the current billing cycle must be used before the adjusted next billing date.

Remaining credits will not carry forward into the next billing cycle.

Will my membership automatically resume?

Yes. Your membership will automatically resume at the end of the approved hold period.

Can I extend my hold beyond 14 days?

No. Holds cannot be extended beyond 14 consecutive days or used back-to-back.

Can I request multiple holds?

Holds may not be used back-to-back or repeatedly to avoid regular membership billing.

LMF reserves the right to review the frequency of hold requests and deny requests that appear to circumvent normal membership terms.

Can I place my membership on hold for vacation or travel?

Yes. Travel, schedule changes, or other planned short-term needs may qualify for a temporary hold, provided the approved hold does not exceed 14 consecutive days.

What if I need more than 14 days away?

You may cancel your membership and re-enroll when you are ready to return.

Re-enrollment is subject to current membership pricing and availability.

What if I am injured or have a serious medical situation?

Serious medical circumstances may be reviewed individually at LMF management’s discretion. Exceptions are not automatic and will be considered based on the circumstances.

What if my membership was already paused before July 9, 2026?

Membership pauses approved before July 9, 2026, will remain subject to the terms in effect when they were approved.

The new 14-day Membership Hold Policy applies to future hold requests.

                                                                                               No-Show Policy

At Lett’s Move Fitness, we’ve made it easy to manage your schedule by giving you the ability to cancel or reschedule your classes within our policy guidelines.

Effective immediately, all Spin and Beginner Hip Hop Step bookings, including those made by membership holders, will be subject to a $5 no-show fee if you do not attend and do not cancel or reschedule accordingly.

Free Special Event Spin classes will be subject to a $8 no-show fee.

We prepare bikes and step platforms based on bookings, so accurate reservations help us set up the best experience for everyone.

Thank you for helping us keep classes organized, spots available, and the studio running smoothly.

5/28/26

To keep our class schedule fair, accurate, and running smoothly for everyone, we’ve updated our rescheduling policy.

✨ Rescheduled classes must be used before the next billing cycle. Anything moved beyond that will be returned to your account so you can rebook within the new window.

✨ Why the change? We’ve seen that long‑range rescheduling makes it harder for other members to book classes, keeps the calendar from staying accurate, and creates confusion for both members and instructors. This update helps keep things organized, fair, and consistent for the whole community.

✨ What about classes already moved far in advance? Those bookings are grandfathered in and will be honored. However, moving forward, rescheduling that far out will no longer be available.

Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the schedule running smoothly for everyone.

A Positive Vibe is Our Dance Floor Fuel!

At Lett's Move Fitness, we believe the magic of Zumba goes beyond the dance moves—it's in the uplifting energy we share as a community.

Our studio is a safe, non-judgmental zone where everyone, no matter their age, experience level, or background, is celebrated. Encouragement, kindness, and positivity are what keep us all coming back—not just for fitness, but for joy and connection.

We understand that not every routine will be everyone’s favorite, and that’s okay! Each session is designed to offer variety and fun while embracing different styles and levels. We kindly ask everyone to approach each routine with an open mind and respect. While personal preferences are natural, let’s focus on celebrating the effort and creativity that go into every session. Negative comments about routines can dampen the enthusiasm and confidence of others, so let’s keep the vibes positive and constructive!

Let’s keep building each other up, cheering each other on, and creating a space where everyone leaves with a smile and a spring in their step. This is your space to shine, grow, and feel amazing—judgment-free!

Remember, our vibes don’t just shape the studio—they ripple into the world!

So, whether you’re a seasoned Zumba star or stepping into your first class, bring your best attitude, and let's dance like no one's watching!
