We also offer a Full Body Toning class to scuplt your muscles and give you strength, a Beginner Hip Hop Step Express class for a quick 30 minute calorie burn. Full Body Toning
This high-energy class targets every major muscle group using 2–8 lb dumbbells and dynamic movement. Expect a full-body burn with a mix of standing and mat-based exercises designed to tone arms, legs, glutes, and core—all while keeping your heart rate up.
